My OTTB is very ulcer prone and had severe behavioral problems due to the discomfort. These meds have made him the sweetest most willing horse there is now to the point where my non horsey boy friend is even riding him!

My horse has gut problems every year-the only medication that helps is this product. Plus, it is totally easy to use. Before, the vet gave me human sucralfate- this was faaar to much powder for a horse dose :D

My now twelve-year-old gelding used to struggle with hindgut ulcers. My barn manager recommended this product to me about a year ago, and after consulting with my vet, I decided to start my horse on this product. He doesn't mind the taste of it and AbSucralfate in combination with AbGuard, has kept him ulcer-free, even during our busy show season!

I used this last year, in combination with their omeprazole paste. It seemed to work for his ulcers. Easy to use and far less expensive!

I switched to Abler products for my horse after spending a TON of money through my veterinary clinic. He is on maintenance sucralfate for life after battling ulcers. Every time I have tried to wean him off his symptoms return. Effective and affordable, a literal life saver! The granules do not dissolve as well as tablets, but it's a small price to pay.

This helped my sensitive QH gelding when he got a bout of ulcers and unfortunately colicked. But ompreazole paste and sucralfate really helped him heal!

I treated my mare a year ago but I don't think I treated her long enough. Her symptoms subsided for quite a while but I need to treat her again, for at least 30 days.

I bought the granules for my horses to add into his feed as well as Abler's omeprazole for a treatment of some ulcers. He didn't mind the granules at all so it was super easy to administer. The fact that they are water soluble is awesome in case a horse won't eat it off feed though.

After five days I'm noticing a difference in my horse's performance. He's now more willing to bend and move forward. The express shipping was well worth the cost and the product made it here quicker than it would have shipped cross-country. Highly recommend this product.

Great product, much better value than alternative sucralfate products, which can also be very fine and powdery making them difficult to administer. I feed with a pinch of chaff but do find the tiny balls don’t tend to get picked up by the horse so add a bit of karon oil to stick it together. Some sucralfate products seem to be fed an hour after the omeprazole but the guidance of this one is to feed on an empty stomach. Horses have funny colour tongue after eating it!!

The packets are so convenient. I love that I don't have to measure out a certain amount three times a day, I just toss a couple of packets in the feed and it's all set. My horse doesn't seem to mind the taste of these either, and he's very picky!

This is a must to add in when treating ulcers! Treat with both products!

I used this product on a off the track TB. He was cranky and uncomfortable from ulcers we could barely touch his side. After treating for one month he had so happy. He went back to work and is competing again. If it wasn't for the affordable prices I never could have treated him.

We imported a young gelding from Belgium to the UK and unfortunately the journey stressed him and we suspected ulcers. A friend of ours had some Abler product and he responded so well to it and is a happy young man again. We keep Sucralfate in times of when we think he might get stressed out, travelling or when a companion he's attached to leaves so we know he's protected if he does get stressed out. This was super easy to feed and it had an immediate effect on soothing.

This is a great product for my mare. She fecal tested positive for fore and hind gut ulcers and was treated successfully with Abler products

This is great to cover all the areas of the stomach, especially the "exit" since omeprazole by itself is not proven to heal ulcers there. sulcrafate is proven to work there. Use it in combination to have the same great results.

This is great Medication, a little hard to feed since It should be fed on an empty stummach, which shouldn’t occur too often in horses with stomach issues, but this just does the job!

Thanks so AbSucralfate, my horse is slowly getting back to normal. Omeprazole only helped us in combination with Sucralfate and now my horse seems happier again and starts gaining weight. thank you Abler for making this product affordable.

This worked wonders on my gelding.

My stallion was a wreck, skin and bones. I used the Absucralfate along with Abgard and within a week he started to turn around. After a month he now has gotten all his weight back on. He is thriving and people are looking at him to breed their mares! Thank you Abler!!

I had a throughabred with serious ulcers after one month treatment for ulcers I now am able to use sucralfate to prevent them with wonderful results I have a different horse. He is doing dressage now that he has become calm and well.this is so affordable compared to what I had to pay from my veterinarian. My daughters mare went from a easy going loving horse to a cranky, cinchy, bucking horse my daughter was scared to ride. A friend recommended this and abprozole after we discovered the problem was ulcers. After a 28 day treatment regimen our mare is back to her sweet self. She has put on weight and is looking and behaving like her old self. This is an easy treatment to give. My daughter who is 10 does it on her own. I have never seen a horse lick the grain pan like our mare did the first time we gave this. She was eager for this each morning and results were quick. It's nice to have our sweet mare back.

Love this product it has helped my mare so much. It is the best form of this medicine I have found.

This is an excellent product and I saw immediate results with a horse who stresses and did have ulcers. He was also being treated with omeprazole. Did need learn proper feeding technique. I gave it an " 2 star " in "easy to use" because it is time consuming and difficult to judge amount ingested depending on each horses desire to consume it. It is a tiny pellet no flavor and yet my horse could wiggle every pellet out of his grain. I also noticed pellets dropped on stall floor!! I tried hand feeding messy and again he managed to drop a certain amount. Per my vet. it was most effective to feed on empty stomach and you must wait at least 30 to 60 minutes before feeding or adding any other medication i.e.: omeprazole as it will bind to the medications. Thus effective but time consuming if you want it to work !!!

The abler products have been a life saver for me and my daughters pony! I have tried numerous treatments and YES I followed the directions of the treatments and what I can say is that hands down the Abler has been the best product for her treatment and maintenance.

My horse was scoped for ulcers and found g4 squamous and pyloric. Used omeprazole (From Uk) and abler sucralfate for 6 weeks and just re-scoped so much better! Almost gone! Staying on abler sucralfate for another few weeks. So don’t have any fear that this isn’t the real deal, it works.

My mare was acting out really bad under saddle when she developed ulcers. AbSucralfate allowed us to continue working safely under saddle while she was on abprazole to treat the ulcers.

Started using sucralfate and omeprazole from Abler about three weeks ago on our new mare that was showing signs of possible fore and hind gut ulcers. She seems to enjoy her food more, is shinier, and is more playful in the pasture. She hasn’t been scoped or ridden since she started the treatment dose so my “endorsement” is limited to saying - my mare seems happier. We will step down the dosage after the initial 28 day treatment to a maintenance dosage. The product is much more affordable than other options making it a viable long term solution if needed.

My 11 year old grand prix show jumper has been suffering grade 4 ulcers for 4 years. I have tried everything on the market and have seen no difference. She had an extremely difficult year after tearing her ligament in her stifle; surgery and a year of box rest didn't help her already stressy personality. When bringing her back into work, she showed worse signs of ulcers than she had before her injury and refused to compete at her previous level. I was worried as I can't afford veterinary treatment year after year. I had searched other solutions as I was desperate to get her healthy and happy again, and I came across Abler. After comparing the ingredients to other products, I found it to be very similar at a fraction of the price. I started off by feeding Absucralfate for 28 days and within 7 days I was starting to see a different horse. She would eat all of her dinner, didn't crib as much, I started to see weight go on her, she was a happier horse in general. I couldn't believe how much my mare had changed whilst being on this product! She became happier to ride, stopped bucking and swishing her tail and I haven't seen her ears back yet! I am definitely going to carry on using this product! My only regret is that I wish I knew about Abler sooner!

it works great, is easy to use and really affordable. My horses are a little bit fuzzy, but mixed with carrots and some cereals they take it without problems.

My OTTB, Mr Ed, is quite the worry-wart and was crabby, girthy, tense, and mouthy until I was recommended Abler Sucralfate. I put him on the healing dose for 8 weeks and have since switched to the maintenance dose. He doesn't pin his ears when being saddled, has put on weight, and lost his "hay belly". I've also noticed a difference when I ride, as he is much more in front of my leg and willing to go forward. I just placed another order for 200 packets and know that he will be on Sucralfate for life. It is so worth it to have a happy horse. Thank you.

I treated my horse successfully with a combination of these and the abprazole. I now keep these in and give them to my horse before travel or stressful situations. Touch wood I've had no relapses and a super happy horse.

This product works very quickly to help a horse start healing from ulcers. It is so easy to use and much more affordable than products . It is the same medication as sulcralfate, but it is so much easier to give. Our Morgan/Welsh cross pony was bucking,biting at the girth and tail swishing when ridden This all started about a week after we trailed him home t three hours home after we purchased him. After feeding this and abprazole he is on the road to recovery and after 2 weeks, the bucking has stopped as the canter and after jumping.

Love this product, keeps my mare happy during training and competition. She worries all the time, and does a number on her inside this keeps her going. Thank you for a great product.

I bought it as replacement for the german pharmacy product. The price is comparatively favorable and the handling is really easy. Unfortunately I am not able to evaluate the effectivity of this because my horse gets a few other medicaments. But I have a good feeling!

Now : GREAT Little Green Bag ... I'm still glad for my horses ( and my wallet ..) that i've found Abler : far away from the Netherlands .. but medicines are more accessible/available/affordable compared with the 'next door' opportunities(?) .. By far !

I have a 6 year old TB mare that had a rough year last year. In April of this year, she had an awful bout of colic followed by repeated colic signs after eating. Even after treatment with Omeprazole she got no relief. Every time she would eat she would start that awful stretching then lay down, get up, lay down, get up. She was just miserable. I thought we were going to loose her. The vet started her on Sucralfate and after 24 hrs she had relief! After I ran out of the vet supply of Sucralfate, I ordered this from Abler. I kept her on the treatment dose for 60 days, switched her from grain to beet pulp shreds and alfalfa pellets and have not had an issue since. She is fat, happy and shiny. Before starting sucralfate, I really thought I was going to have to make the call every horse owner dreads....she was in so much pain! The sucralfate (and this affordable version) saved her. Thank you!!!

A review from The Netherlands : Sucralfate isn't here available for horses .., so i can't say how glad i am that i've 'heard' from others about the existence of Abler !! I started up with the Omeprazole from the veterinarian to be replaced by the AbPrazole and supplemented later with the AbSucralfate . On this moment ( after taken all the steps of the instructions) my horse is hapy with twice a day 2 gifts Absucralfate ... on this moment no Omeprazole required ! Thanks for all the help and service Abler .. in more then one way ;)

My horse actually LOVED this.... gobbled it up at the speed of light!! Used this for a few days on its own whilst waiting for the abprazole to arrive. Marked improvement in temperament and length of stride. Very happy horse indeed!! Very impressed. Delivery takes ages to UK, but fab product.

My horse has ulcers. As my vet recommended to feed sucralfate I just orderee 80 sachets of Absulcralfate. The delivery was fast, so the therapy began just after the package arrived. Within 48hours my horse showed a significant relief of pain due to the sucralfate. I will reorder sucralfate until my horse healed up. Than I will continue with the maintenance dosis during competition time. Thank you for yhe great product and the nice customer service.

I use this product together with the Abprazole tablets. Our first treatment only with omeprazole was more protracted than with absucralfate. I strongly recommend combining omeprazole treatment with sucralfate. The fine granules are very easy with a few crumbs of oats and a little oil to administer.

I can't stop raving about these Abler Products. They are so easy to use, just put them on your feed or mix with your horses favorite snack (applesauce, pureed carrots). So easy!

Been using absulfrucate on my mare since Sept she had been suffering with Ulcers which we had been managing but her competition work was being affected this was recommended by a friend to use.. With a few days I could see the difference her droppings were harder, and a totally forward energy when ridden which she had lacked for a few years.. A product to definitely try if you have a horse with ulcer problems.

We've used this product in an unhappy Gelding, who was diagnosed with grade 2 ulcers. Due to their. location it was suspected he had hind gut issues too. After only the 2nd day of treatment we noticed a marked improvement in his happiness within the stable. Brilliant product and super support from Abler.

Started to feed this to my gelding 6 weeks ago whom had been wrong for nearly a year. - all sorts of issues ranging from Intermittent hind leg lameness, went from ability to do a 23 dressage to unable to school, hated transitions esp upwards would pin ears back and kick out, could not use his core and be soft and round through his lumber spine, esp right rein, hated canter, so spooky just horrid to ride and rushed along in trot strong and heavy in the hand hacking. As a home bred I knew so well these were all totally out of character. Also more tricky to handle biting at things all the time, aggressive to others in the field and would lie down all the time in the stable, picky over food. He scoped 100% clear fore gut so went for hind gut treatment with this product plus boosted his amino acids, Vit E, selenium, calcium/magnesium and high protein to help his muscle function. Well all I can say is 6 weeks down the line I have the horse we used to know back and are now daring to think he will be at an event again in the Autumn - nearly a year on from when it all went wrong. Highly recommend this product if hind gut ulcers are suspected. The conclusion I have is that his hind gut started to stress as we competed him esp staying away for a two day event in the heat and then he lost the ability to absorb the amino acids and vitamins he needed for muscle function and was not being fed enough (generally a good doer who you would not feed max amounts of performance feeds to) to replace his requirement needed as he continued to compete until we had a total stress of poor muscle function in turn stressing the hind gut more so a horrid inner turning circle. There had been no real reason to suspect anything wrong before his final event the day after which he was unridable apart from in retrospect he started tossing his head when asked to use his back in dressage and rushing his fences in SJ more than he had done in the past.

I like the product here. I love the granule format. Unfortunately, being fed on an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to feed it quite tricky (and sometimes impossible) at boarding facilities. That being said, my mare did not mind eating the granules and she can be quite picky!

Using the prepackaged products are much easier than crushing pills like I used to ! And the horses eat it fine !

My pony has been struggling with ulcers, adding AbSucralfate to his treatment plan has made a big difference! It has helped to make my gelding happy again (his behavior has changed back to his normal behavior and he is starting to act like his old self again) and I can highly recommend this product (especially alongside AbGard) :-)

My mare had colics ever month, somtimes for three days. Vets didn't know what to do so I took a chance and ordered Absucralfate. It was worth it ! Two months and no colic!

My mare was diagnosed with gastric ulcers last spring. Fortunately she was insured and it cost over $1,000 for the treatment. They made an appearance again in November however this time hindgut. I used the Sucraflate straight. After a few weeks she was her old self. Don't know what I'd do w/out these products.

My gelding has been struggling with ulcers, adding AbSucralfate to his treatment plan has made a huge difference! Within just three days after staring treatment he is already regaining his apatite. His behavior had changed drastically while struggling with ulcers, normally calm and friendly, he had started to show agression and was in obvious discomfort. Adding AbSucralfate to his Abparazole treatment regimen made a near emendate change in his behavior for the better. I'm so glad that he's starting to feel and act like his old self again!

My horse has servere hindgut ulcers. And without AbSucralfate we wouldn't have achieved such a great success in the treatment of the ulcers.

Racehorse was very sore with Ulcers and while she is on a break I treated her with your products. She is a different mare now and back to her old self.Very happy with the results. Have 2 others in it now. Regards Michael

I have used this product along side abprazole , initially it was sourced from the vets but they struggled with supply etc after finding out you sold the product it was ordered with my abprazole and never looked back , it has proved my theory of hind gut issues and helped to make my mare comfotable and happy again i highly recommend using this product alongside omprazole !

The combination of Omeprazol and sulcrafat helps my horse. The granulates are easy to handle and the horse even linkes it pure.

I love this product as it coats any existing ulcers allowing them to heal and is useful for hindgut issues. It is cost effective too. I would not be without this product and cannot recommend it highly enough

I have used this product in conjunction with Abprazole and I have seen amazing results. So my theory of hind gut ulcers has proven correct.

I have used the Sucralfate in combination with the Abprazole plus and it definitely worked for my 12 years old mare. She looks much happier and eats better since I have started the treatment. Before the treatment she always tried to bite you when I thightend the girth, but now she doesn't anymore!
